This tools isn’t available just yet, but it’s coming soon. Stay tuned.
When there’s something that needs fixing — in the code, in the cloud, or in compliance - I raise a Jira ticket with everything our team needs: what’s wrong, why it matters, and what to do next. But I don’t stop there. Once a ticket is open, I stay on it. I make sure it’s moving, follow up if it stalls, and update it as things progress. If the fix is in the code, I’ll raise a PR. If someone else needs to step in, I’ll notify them and keep track until it’s resolved. While other tools just file tickets, I stay in the loop — helping from start to finish so nothing gets left behind.

How I can help in Jira

  • Raise smart tickets with context that matters
I don’t just say “something’s wrong.” I tell you what’s going on, why it’s a problem, and what to do next - all in the Jira ticket.
  • Show up right where you need me
Need to investigate something? I’m already in Jira through the Chrome extension, ready to explain, help, or take action — no context switching required.
  • Follow through to the finish
I keep tickets on track. I update them with new findings, remind the right people, raise PRs, and close the loop — whatever it takes to get it done.

Want the full experience? Install my Chrome extension, and I’ll appear right inside Jira to guide you thorough next steps without switching tabs.
Ticketing shouldn’t mean tossing the problem over the wall. I’m here to see it through — with clarity, urgency, and real progress.
