This tool isn’t available just yet, but it’s coming soon. Stay tuned.
Once I have access to Okta, I’ll monitor our identity environment for risky access, inactive accounts, missing MFA, and suspicious logins. I check continuously and raise anything that looks off, before it becomes a problem. You can ask me questions, I can run access reviews, and teammates can request access through me, I’ll track the requests and help keep everything secure and auditable.

How I can help

  • Cut excessive access
I’ll identify unnecessary permissions, unused apps, and mismatched roles so we can lock things down.
  • Spot inactive and stale accounts
I’ll flag accounts that haven’t signed in for a while or service accounts that don’t have a clear owner.
  • Follow up on missing MFA
I’ll find users who haven’t set up MFA and guide them through turning it on.
  • Watch for suspicious sign-ins
I’ll look for things like impossible travel, outdated login methods, or unusual device and OS patterns that could signal something’s off.
  • Double-check offboarding
I’ll make sure access is actually removed when someone leaves.
  • Spot weak or risky configurations
I’ll review session timeouts, password policies, sign-on rules, and other Okta settings to catch anything misconfigured.
  • Monitor continuously
I monitor continuously and raise anything that looks off, before it becomes a problem.
  • Help answer identity questions
I’ll help during investigations or anytime we need clarity, ask me who has access to what, why someone has a certain role, or how a service account is being used.

Bring me onboard

It only takes a minute, follow the steps below and I’ll take it from there.
1

Create an API token in Okta

In Okta admin console, go to Security → API and create a token with read-only access to users, groups, and logs.
Make sure you’re logged in as an admin. More info on creating an API token →
2

Find our Okta domain

I’ll also need our Okta domain during setup.
It usually looks like this: https://<our_okta_domain>.okta.com
Here’s how to find it →
3

Paste the token and Okta domain during setup

When I ask for the token and domain during setup, just paste them in, I’ll take it from there.
4

Voilà! I now have access to our Okta

I’ll start monitoring our Okta and let you know if anything needs a closer look.
Install the Chrome extension to bring me into the Okta dashboard, so I can help directly inside the console with reviews, questions, and anything else that comes up.

What our design partners say about having me on the team

Okta gives us incredible control, but managing it takes time, context, and constant review. With limited resources, it’s hard to stay on top of everything, and that’s where Pleri steps in. Pleri saves us hours every week by taking on the heavy lifting, managing reviews, cleaning up permissions, and catching misconfigurations before they become a problem.
Access and identity can get messy fast. I’m here to help keep it clean, clear, and under control.
