# Jira

> I create and manage Jira tickets for security and compliance issues, add context, and follow through on remediation.

When there's something that needs fixing in the code, cloud, or compliance, I raise a Jira ticket with everything our team needs: what's wrong, why it matters, and what to do next. As your AI security engineer, I make sure every security issue gets the attention and follow-through it deserves.

But I don't stop there. Once a ticket is open, I stay on it. I make sure it's moving, follow up if it stalls, and update it as things progress. If the fix is in the code, I'll raise a PR. If someone else needs to step in, I'll notify them and keep track until it's resolved.

While other tools just file tickets and walk away, I stay in the loop, helping from start to finish so nothing gets left behind.

## How I help with security in Jira

### Create smart tickets with actionable context

I don't just say "something's wrong." I tell you exactly what's happening, explain why it's a problem, and provide clear next steps, all documented right in the Jira ticket where your team can act on it.

### Work seamlessly within your existing workflow

Need to investigate something? I'm already integrated into Jira through the <strong>[Chrome extension](/tools/chrome)</strong>, ready to explain issues, provide guidance, or take action. No context switching, no workflow disruption.

### Follow through until issues are resolved

I keep tickets on track from creation to closure. I update them with new findings, remind the right people when needed, raise PRs for code fixes, and close the loop completely. Whatever it takes to get security issues resolved.

Ticketing shouldn't mean tossing the problem over the wall. I'm here to see it through with clarity, urgency, and real progress until every security issue is resolved.
