# Quickstart

> The essentials I need to get started.

As your AI security engineer, I'm excited to jump in and start helping. I just need a few basics so I can show up where the work happens and start being useful right away:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Give me access to Slack (one off)">
    If we're using **[Slack](/tools/slack)**, I can join the conversation, answer questions, explain issues, and keep things moving, right alongside the team.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Install my Browser extension (each team member)">
    Have the team install my **[Chrome](/tools/chrome)** or [Firefox](/tools/firefox) extension. It puts me inside any web app the team uses: AWS, GitHub, Jira, and more, ready to help the moment something needs attention.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Ask me to do something in Chrome,Firefox, or Slack">
    ```markdown wrap icon="cloud" Security assessment theme={"system"}
    @Pleri Run a comprehensive cloud security assessment.
    ```
  </Step>

  <Step title="Hand something off to me">
    ```markdown wrap icon="cloud" Weekly cloud check theme={"system"}
    Every Monday at 8am (Sydney time), scan our cloud environment and email me a summary of what changed, new risks, resolved issues, and any important changes in posture.
    ```
  </Step>

  <Step title="Forward me an email">
    ```markdown wrap icon="cloud" Email help theme={"system"}
    To: hi@pleri.me
    Please help me answer my manager's question below.
    ```
  </Step>
</Steps>

That's the minimum I need to get going, but if you **[give me access to all the tools listed here](/tools/)**, I'll have more context and can do a whole lot more.
